When my modem goes off hook to send a fax, or, if I use hyperterminal and go off hook, (ATDT) there is a voice being sent out on the line. It sounds like an announcer talking avout various things. What in the computer is causing this to be sent out the modem. It is not on the line, as dial tone is also present, and if I use a manual phone to dial a number, it breaks the dial tone, but the guy just keeps talking.
