In the morning I reached an amazing trhoughput of 10 Kb/S in my 56K US R. ext. modem. download 259Kb. in 25 seconds. How can I to reach always that speed?. Sometimes I have 1.9 or 3.5 or 4.5Kbs/S. Any suggestion? I want 6Kbs/S everiday. It`s possible?

If you reached 10 KB/sec, it's likely the resulting of either a compressable file, or the TCP Windowing effect.

More than likely it was an executable that could be compressed down. Either way, there's no way you can "lock in" your speed. *lol*

If that were true, I'd lock in a 53,333bps connection :D
