| ycdomchen Tl Posts: 3 | Posted - 10/20/2000 2:11:33 PM    I just bought a CP5610 and could only get up to 28,800 rate (actually only 24k connection rate) . I tried many different initialization strings but still didn't help ? I finally brought the whole system to my parents house about 12 miles from where I live and try to connect to the same ISA (Netzero) with the same number. Right away I got 41.3k connectino rate!! Now I pretty much know it's my phone line and used the mothod in http://808news.com/56k/x2-adconversion.htm to get the result with ATY11. Here it is. ATY11 Freq Level (dB) 150 26 The difference between 3000 and 3750 is 43-20 = 23, which is not good. My question is, can I at least get a stable 33.6k connection ? (I tried S2=98 but it didn't work). | v.Richard Tl Posts: 6222 USA | Posted - 10/28/2000 10:05:24 AM  You are probably on a SLC DLC or 'pair gain' and 24-26.4k may be the best you can hope for.
