| jdwagers Tl Posts: 1 USA | Posted - 10/24/2000 10:02:11 PM    I havea USR modem new and it has no jumpers to set I am using Windows ME and it installed the modem on com 5 My Fax wont find com 5 and several other programs. I have switched PCI slots ,reseting the Bios, changing the interupts in control panel and I still cannot get the modem to install on Com 1-4 I have reinstalled it 2 dozen times and still no luck still com 5 How do I force the modem to install on com 1-4 What do I change and where???????
