| anton Tl Posts: 1 | Posted - 10/31/2000 1:57:56 AM    Need help My USR.56k win modem int. will not go on com port2 at irq3 input/output 02f8 I have uninstall and reinstall it but it will go to com3 at irq 11 and 0 input/output? I can connect but i will get a pause and if i download it will start at 5.2kbs and drop to 2.1 I am running win 98. plz help.

Slow to logon - do not check log on to network in DUNS - www.808news.com/56k/logon.htm Speed starts out high then goes down - this is normal behavior when looking at display from a browser's download - the download starts before you give a name to the file to save, thus data is already in buffer when the download timer starts; A 2.xk throughput is consistent with a 2x.xk bps connect; What connect speed to you get?
