gaw Tl Posts: 3 | Posted - 11/19/2000 2:44:29 AM I have a US Robotics 56K internal modem. It has voice and speaker (also suposably caller id). Everything works fine and I connect at 45333 but the caller id. I've tried other inf files and setting but I still receive no response of the caller id information. Does anyone have the AT, at& and S setting which should be run for caller id? Would having other devices attached to the phone line (cordless phone, answer machine, etc.) or computer (printer, another device on a different com port) effect caller id? Also, the modem has normal and inhanced modes--set by AT~Zn--what is the difference between the two? Below is some responses from the modem.
