Now I can only get 28.8k My original modem driver is not digitally signed so it does not work with Win2k. Win2k will only allow it's generic driver. US Robotics does not have an upgraded driver for the 58300 model. What a rip-off. I guess they expect me to upgrade my modem. I say f**k them. I will go with DSL

v.Richard Tl Posts: 6222 USA | Posted - 1/28/2001 8:43:34 AM It is possible to use a driver that isn't digitally signed with Win2k; however, it is not possible to use a Win9x driver with Win2k; If you haven't already, make sure it's not some simple problem like the port speed (which needs to be 57.6k or higher) or a bad init string.
