| SARGE Tl Posts: 743 USA | Posted - 4/7/2001 9:39:45 PM  I've never seen any bad models of USR; however, a modem will often perform differently at different locations. I had 1 model that wouldn't budge past 28.8 - even exchanged it twice, but others using same model were getting 56k. It wasn't my telco lines, for my other modems connected in 40's. |
