| shaka21 Tl Posts: 3 | Posted - 5/27/2001 11:57:15 PM    I have a starnge situation here . After 20-30 minutes of connection my system slows down . First, switching windows are delay by a few seconds and after about one minute system is stuck. If i disconnect cable from phone line system responds again. I tried both IE4, IE55, uninstall antivirus, reinstall modem etc. The OS is win98. I noticed that before freeze CPU has 100% load with sys monitor but memory and swap are constant. System resources are about 70% free. Modem is model 3com/USR 2884A , mobo epox 8kta3 (VIA) Please ,anybody can help? |
