HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you know why my usrobotics faxmodem runs at 21000bps
on windows Me!!It.s too lonely!! I know the isp of my provider & he's ok for the v.90 standard.On my old pc
i had a 33.6k which run correctly but the usr not runs on the old pc also.

thanks for your any suggestions

I have changed provider, and now my us robotics faxmodem ext surfs al 42000 bps, but i thinks it's not enought.
Do you know any strings which can increse the connection speed??

The modem by default will attempt to connect at highest possible speed given line conditions / other modem.
