| Teddyking Tl Posts: 1 | Posted - 6/26/2001 3:49:48 PM    after system crash from electrical failure (while raining and lighting) my external courier can connect only 8k. does anyone here know how can i do ? My country have no any support from USR or 3COM,Agency said i have to send it to USA or Singapore for warranty claiming.

| v.Richard Tl Posts: 6222 USA | Posted - 6/27/2001 9:43:42 AM  If modem has been damaged and needs repair you have little choice. To verify that the problem is the modem - and not your phone line - would suggest trying different modem on your line, or try your Courier on other phone line. Aloha, |
