| Dan Druff Tl Posts: 4 | Posted - 7/2/2001 11:03:17 AM    I have been using a USR 3595 (OEM) WinModem and have been very happy with it, although it is not listed as a modem upgradeable to v.92 -- I was given a Smart Modular modem over the weekend that uses the Agere Mars chipset, and Smart says it will be upgradeable to v.92. My question is which of these modems is best? I have used USR for years, but the upgrade thing really has me a bit bugged... |
