| brian0555 Tl Posts: 2 USA | Posted - 7/4/2001 5:45:55 PM    Hi. I am having big problems with my modem.I'm running on windows98 with an aztech 56k modem. I have no idea how it got to be like this, it worked fine for the few months i had it, but now nothing. When i go to dialup, i get the error message cannot detect dialtone. I checked the line and it works, and i also picked up the phone while trying to dialup and discovered that the pc does pick up on the line but still doesn't recognize the dialtone. any info would be greatly appreciated. (i've also deleted the driver and reinstalled it *nothing seems to work*) |
