For a 1hr period, not too bad - except for the dismal upstream rate of 19.2k! Something's wrong there - I'd like to see ati11 and aty11 as well - although I think you ought to make test calls to other 56k server modems w/ Hyperterminal and check up/downstream connect rates.

There are no retrains (very good); Blers are acceptable; Link timeouts/NAKS - not so hot;
I would suggest running throughput/speedtests, then limit connect rate to 49.3k (or 48k) and see what happens; Also see if limiting downstream rate results in any improvement in your 19.2k upstream rate.

I'd suggest limiting the max connect speed to 49333bps and then check the ati6i11 data.

Unusual line conditions -
Status : uu,5,12N,12.2,-15,1Y,000,48.7,-61.4,0

Indicates 6db pad typically found if you are making toll call (or if the call is going to a CLEC); 1-RBS link (typical in CLEC connections, or DLC) and a B-type codec (not very common); could also be the modem is not identifying impairments properly.

I'd like to see what you get when you limit speed as Bob suggested, and also what you get calling other ISPs.

Aloha,
Richard
