I received a USR 56K DFV AWPCI PC99 oem modem and cannot find driver that works in Win98 or 2000 ...PartNo 3CP263594A-OEM. Can anuone help or point in right direction?

I managed to find drivers late yesterday afternoon on ftp.usr.com/OEM%20Files/3594w2k.exe.
