Bob Starnes Tl Posts: 4360 USA | Posted - 10/1/2001 10:00:48 PM Appears to be a Micrologic MW560CI, Conexant HSF (SoftK56) modem. http://www.micrologic.com.hk/micrologic.htm Couldn't get to the Micrologic site but I believe this is a rebadged Amquest AM56HSF modem, might try the Amquest Win2k drivers. Extract the drivers to an empty folder on the hard drive. Check in the Device Manager for any 'Other Devices', remove any found. Reboot and when Windows starts it should first find a 'PCI Simple Communications Controller', this is the modem's virtual serial port and it should be installed with the modem's drivers. Once this is properly installed Windows will find and install the modem.
