Couldn't make ICN (Internet Call Notification) working.

Here is what I've done so far:

1)USR5686D external modem
2)Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack6
3)download control center at
ftp://usrcontrolcenter:usrcontrolcenter@totalservice.usr.com/ControlCenter_for_external_mode
ms_4_00_018_english__april_27_2001.exe
4)Get Updated using control center
5)Install ICN downloaded from www.usr.com
6)ISP V.90
7)phone service: call waiting, calling id, 3 way talking

As far as I know, the ICN should notify you when you are on line even the ISP only support
V.90. The good thing for V.92 is that you can talk without disconnecting for a limited time,
but for V.90 you have to disconnect before you can talk. I don't know if it is right or not.

But I just couldn't make it working. Does anybody know to make ICN to work?
