"The line was busy" means that you number you called was busy.

Do you hear the busy signal?

Checked to be sure you're dialing the right number?

See http://modemsite.com/56k/duns676.htm

I,m dialing to right number, but allways line is busy, even several ISP's numbers, but I can't hear the busy signal. But if I dial to the same number with a telephone it's not busy. It's unusuall.

You are in Spain? Have you selected Spain as the country you are calling from?
Connectoid settings can cause phone # that is actually dialed to be different from the phone # you have put in; see
www.modemsite.com/56k/connectoid.htm

Try calling the ISP via Hyperterminal - does it work?
www.modemsite.com/56k/x2-hyperterm.htm

Use E1 (E one) in the Extra Settings, try a connection and then post the modem log of the attempt.
