hodben Tl Posts: 11 USA | Posted - 11/1/2001 10:55:56 AM A couple questions does anyone know the model No' for a Courier V. Everything 56k EXT modem, you know the black one that's really expensive and I can't to work properly!! HyperTerminal can connect to this modem, but as you can see it says that there is no Dialtone AT I also have a Sportster EXT 56K modem that can actually connect to my ISP, but I can't figure out why my V. Everything is not working!!! Also when I try connecting from my V. Everything, the TR, MR, CS, RS leds are on and then when it dials the OH led comes on and I can hear the dialtone for about 2 seconds from the modem, but then OH led goes off and it spits out a DUNS 680 error in windows which says "NO DIAL TONE". I have the latest firmware in the V. Everything and I am sure that it is functioning somewhat properly because I can connect to it from HyperTerminal. What worries me most is that my Sportster 56K can connect w/o any problems and the V Everything can't at all!!! I am willing to host the USR specific information for the V. Everything on my geocities website, just send it to me at hodben@yahoo.com Also, will there ever be a v.92 upgrade for this???
