Hi, Perhaps someone here can help. My problem is follows - as described in email i sent to us robotics -thank you.

I am not able to identify my modem as one of the modems on your v.92 upgrade list. Either currently available, or available in the future.

I have a OEM modem i think...my information that comes up when i run the Internet Update wizard is as follows, please tell me where i can get the v.92 upgrade for it. thank you.

Your modem is a USR OEM "Akita" modem and it's not on the V.92 list.
