| kdbooth Tl Posts: 1 | Posted - 12/13/2001 1:59:22 PM    Dell Latitude The first time I connect to a modem I get connection speeds of 24-26kbps. I can immediately disconnect and reconnect and my connection speed will be 44-46kbps and will remain so until I shut the computer down. This behavior is consistent. Is this a known problem, and if so, what is the resolution (other than to disconnect and reconnect each time)? |
