I Purchased, some time ago from 3COM, an External 56k speakerphone modem.

I cannot locate the WIN98 drivers on the US Robotics Website.

THe face of the Modem says:
3Comm US Robotics
56K Voice Faxmodem Pro

on the Label it says Model 5605 56 voice faxmodem

Thank you for your assistance

Steve

Might got to http://www.usr.com/support/s-main-menu.asp and click on the 'Product Code Finder' to verify the Product Code.

Could also check the ati7 results in Hyperterminal for the Product ID.

This is in the readme file,be sure to read before installing.

Locate the 5605USB.EXE or 2605USB.EXE file you downloaded and double-click it. Once you see the WinZip dialog box appear, simply click the Unzip button. This will extract the USB drivers to a folder on your hard drive named 3ComUSB.

Sorry, I was just thinking external serial modem, guess you can't check the ati7 in Hyperterminal unless the USB modem is installed, huh? Still you can check for the Product Code visually.
