I just bought a usr message modem 455668-01 who claim it can be upgraded to v92 for free. but when I check the website www.usr.com/v92, I can not find this modem in the v92 upgrade list. What happens to USR?
Can anyone help?

I think USR changed their mind.

Question is - where did you buy the modem and who made the promise of upgrade?
I doubt you'll get USR to give you the upgrade, so your only recourse may be to try and get refund or price adjustment...
