What is the addy of the driver page? Check and see if the driver can be downloaded on two floppys. Are you saying that you are using another pc to download the drivers and need to install on the other one? I have download drivers to a folder on my desktop and unzip it in that folder. Then hold down the ctrl key and high light halve the files and copyed them to a floppy and then put them in a folder on the other pc,then go back and do the same with the other halve.Just make sure that you have all of the fill or not two of the same one.

When it asks for your disk, direct it to c:\windows\options\cabs or c:\windows\inf and hopefully if will find one that had been installed previously. Or try to let it find one itself. Should be on the hard-drive.

You say deleted, did you remove the modem drivers from the add/remove program? Is the modem listed now in the device manager or unknown device listed. What drivers are you trying to download.
