Am I correct that only 25 Mhz Courier modems can be eventually upgraded to v.92?

From the modem command ATI0 I believe my Product ID is 5607.

USR has promised to make V.92 upgrade available for 25mhz and the new model 3453 Courier, but not the 20mhz;
It's not technically impossible to do V.92 with the 20mhz, it's a marketing decision; Perhaps, eventually, someone will make a hacked V.92 firmware for the 20mhz models.

Thanks for the help. I probably don't need v.92 but would have liked to try it.

By the way, I thought I had the latest Flash revision in my modem.

I have Supervisor 7.3.14 and DSP 3.0.13.

Is this no longer the latest? I saw a reference in another post suggesting that there may be a later Supervisor.

Maybe the USR site has it.
