| Marty-K Tl Posts: 2 USA | Posted - 2/15/2002 6:08:28 AM    Sorry. This is a duplicate of question submitted to modem group. Didn't realize this section was available. I have a new ISP and am having trouble setting up additional mailboxes,keep seeing the old ISP in window titles and get error messages saying Invalid Host. I notice that the registry still contains dozens of entries showing both the old users names and the old ISP. Can these be removed safely? And will it eliminate the problem? Or is there a better (safer) way? TIA for any suggestions.

| charles Tl Posts: 5879 USA | Posted - 2/15/2002 8:14:35 AM Did you remove the old ISP Icon in the dial-up folder.If you are using outlook express go to tools,account,mail and remove the old accounts and make your new account the default.You will have to change this in all program such as virus updates |
