I have the item stated above. It was working correctly and all, and I was happily playing on Gamespy Arcade. I decided to check out some proxy information, and for some reason went to the winipcfg utility. So I go on there, and I pushed the 'Release All' button (or it could be the 'Renew All') and now the USB adapter does not receive a signal from the access point. What do I do now? I think something is wrong with either the port or the IP address. Any ideas? Thx.

uninstall and reinstall TCP/IP on all the computers within the network. Uninstall and reinstall the adapter.

Besides, I do not think Releasing/Renewing an IP would cause any problems at all. Those are commands for a DCHP server, and frankly I don't think you have a full time dedicated DCHP server. Check all your connections

sorry, one more thing, and this goes out for everyone

DO NOT MESS AROUND WITH TCP/IP SETTINGS (IPCONFIG, WINIPCFG, Control Panels, Network neighborhood). SUCH PROBLEMS ARE THE LAST PROBLEM THAT YOU CAN POSSIBLY HAVE.

In fact, most TCP/IP problems can be solved by simply uninstalling/reinstalling.
