Kevin Tighe Tl Posts: 1 USA | Posted - 5/28/2002 7:30:53 PM The Send Data light and the external Send Data LED are lit continuously. The lights window indicates that data is being sent. When this situation occurs the receive led is inactive. This makes me suspect that something is wrong (other than someone stealing data) because I associate normal data transmission with alternate flashing between the send and receive lights. Is there something malicious going on here? I'd be very grateful for any help. |

Right click the connection icon in the system tray, click status, check sent and received.Check if you have any software that auto checks for updates.Might also try Lavasoft Ad-aware checker.Post a modem log also.
