I get "Modem on Hold denied" on an attempted outbound call, and this also corrupts something so I have to reboot to get the MOH to respond to clicking the "A" icon in the tray,
i.e, the MOH screen refuses to reappear.

What OS are you using and driver for this modem.Will MOH work on other functions?

Thanks for responding.

I use Win2K and I have not had an inbound call (while on line)since I installed the modem Tuesday afternoon (in California)

Richard Gamberg advises that my ISP's MOH in the culprit, and I have informed them
