fritz Tl Posts: 4 USA | Posted - 12/3/2003 7:44:39 PM I have a Rockwell HCF 56K PCI Speakerphone modem that came with my HP PC that I bought in 98. I assume I need to upgrade the driver, but I'm not sure how to do that. My AT3 command says my firmware driver is 2.2.2.131E. I'm not sure about the chipset. When I do connect I stay connected pretty well at 31,200, although downloads usually take long (2k per sec) any suggestions??

charles Tl Posts: 5879 USA | Posted - 12/5/2003 2:27:40 AM I would put a new folder on your desktop and download the driver to this folder, easier to find. Iwould also check to see if you have a problem with the phone line. I would remove everything form the phone lines and try again.Maybe try another jack. Edited by - charles on 12/5/2003 2:30:29 AM |
