I have this all set up on my xp machine all the updates and it doesnt show the # or give me any other options but drop my internet conection no phone# or nothing I have A-tt. with call id and call wait I have been to the usr site and put in all the modem commands,it rings in but I cant do anything but drop, I have the usr 5610b please help

Is your ISP a V.92 ISP? (That SUPPORTS MoH?)

Do you have CALLWAITING-ID? This is different than caller id.

Thanks for the reply and it did solve the problem It appears the the mighty "Earthstink" does not support any of these modem features grrrrrrrrrr. I tell you 21.95 a month for in my opionion crap pure crap. My tiny little towns Isp even supports V.92! The rich get richer the poor get poorer! Im swithing pronto, Thanks again

Actually, many Earthlink lines are supplied by Level3 which is all V.92. Earthlink requests Level3 to turn off V.92 MoH.

And, I've noticed Earthlink, like AOL, is now marketing for an extra cost an Internet CallWaiting solution...!
