| hammer Tl Posts: 1 USA | Posted - 3/4/2004 7:25:25 AM    I have several voice mail systems ( i use the term loosely ) that currently have 1200 baud internal modems installed in them which I was able to use for remote administration. After toasting the laptop that I previously had, I am no longer able to connect to the systems using my new laptop. I can dial the number from my laptop in hyperterminal and hear squaking but no handshake and no response. My end does not seem to recognize that the call has been answered. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks. |
