bawbcat Tl Posts: 9 USA | Posted - 3/13/2004 2:36:57 PM I should add that I'm looking for an inexpensive internal PCI modem. Thanks |

The Zoom model 3025 has been made in 3 flavors: 3025L (Agere 1646), 3025C (Conexant), and 3025N (Agere 1648). From what I've read, only the Conexant version supports Type 1 CID. Zoom also seems to have phased out the Agere chips in favor of Conexant, I'm not sure why, perhaps the Conexant is cheaper since it is a single-chip solution. |
