Jim M Tl Posts: 2 USA | Posted - 4/7/2004 3:07:15 PM I have a K56Flex modem on a Windows 98 platform. Windows sees the modem, but when diagnostics are run on the modem, it tells says it cannot communicate with the modem. I have removed and reloaded the modem without success. I was told that I need to load software in order for Win 98 to see the modem. Is this true, and if so, where can I obtain it? |
