I have a DE5620-3, called the Flash56 II External Serial. Despite the "Flash" name, no firmware upgrade is available at Creative. |

I went through Creative's website, identified mine on their list, saw that it wasn't in the upgrade, or manual, list. I found their website confusing and unhelpful. And the "Flash" name is deceptive advertising at best. |
