I am using FaxTalk NetOnHold program.
When loading select modem box is empty.
Next window states: MoH feature diabled. Check modem configuration to support MoH.
Modem:NetoDragon V.92/V.90 56K PCI soft modem HPI56M2N
Operating system: Windows 98
Modem Config.: Modem Codec: SIL-26(Pri)
Chipset: NetoDragon
Port: Com3
Version: Ver2.92.04P
Input/Output Range: E000-E00F
FaxTalk cd came with modem.
all other programs on cd work. i.e.: FaxTalk Communicator for sending/recieving fax.
CD contents contains: Modem Drivers-Win9X/2000/Me/XP/Linux.
So, How do I find out if my modem supports MoH? Which it is supposed to! How do I configure my modem to support it?

This will support V92 and will your ISP support V92? This modem uses the NetoDragon chipset.
Will download the driver and see.

. FaxTalk NetOnHold does not display my modem in the list when the Select Modem dialog appears.
Only modems that correctly report support for V.92 and Modem On Hold will appear in the list on the Select Modem dialog. FaxTalk NetOnHold obtains a list of available V.92 modems by making a request to the installed modem drivers for the name of all available V.92 modems. The modem names that appear in the list are provided by the modem drivers. If the list appears completely blank or does not display the name of your V.92 modem, it is because the modem drivers did not report the modem to FaxTalk NetOnHold as supporting V.92 and Modem On Hold. Generally this is caused by incorrectly or partially installed modem drivers or modem drivers that do not fully support Modem On Hold. There is nothing that can be changed in the FaxTalk NetOnHold software to make the modem appear in the list. You should always check to make sure you are using the latest drivers for your modem.

. I launched FaxTalk NetOnHold after I made an Internet connection and the Modem On Hold features don't seem to be available.
This appears to be an issue with how Modem On Hold has been implemented in some modem drivers. In these cases, FaxTalk NetOnHold must be loaded before you make an Internet connection in order for the Modem On Hold features of the modem to be correctly registered. As a convenience, FaxTalk NetOnHold has an option to automatically load the program when Windows is started.

Did you just get this modem? Seem that you are not the only one to have trouble with this modem.

Put the above string in extra settings then reboot. To post a modem log just click on view log and copy and paste here. If this is a new modem I would sugest returning it for one with other chip set like lucent. I don't think they will ever update these drivers for this modem. I have read a long list of problems with this modem and faxtalk.
