I downloaded the new driver for lucent win modem and now I can't log on to my ISP (netzero) Any suggestions. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck.

Need to post in the lucent forum not here.What os and maybe remove the dialup connectoid and make a new one,also note that there may be a name change to the modem from lucent to agere.What error are you getting?

My OS is windows me-I tried removing the connectoid. Yes the new name is Agere. But I still can't connect. I can connect with a differenct ISP so I know my modem works-something else is wrong. Thank you
