My brother is having problems with his connection. He is able to connect the internet, but can not bring up any webpages, no messenger will connect, and can't access any mail servers. Was using a US Robotics at first, but I put in a Best Data with a conextant chipset, and that did not help. Any suggestions would be appreciated, and if you need more info let me know

What operating system (Windows?) are you using, and what Web browser (Netscape? Internet Explorer? ) are you using?
