I upgraded the drivers on a Win98 PC with a Motorola SM56 modem to the 6.02.13_w98_dfv drivers.
The connection speeds have improved but now it's always popping up a "incoming call box" which I don't want, but even if I choose to not answer, the modem still drops the call.
I don't have the PC in front of me so I'm probably not going to be 100% accurate with terms, I tried clicking on the little yellow modem icon in the system tray and going to the MOH tab and selecting disable and disregard and clicking OK, but the Call Waiting still pops up at random times.

On my Agere V.92 modem I can choose not to load the MOH driver at all, which stops this from happening.

Is there a way I can choose not to load the Call Waiting / MOH part of the Motorola driver ?

Can I do something differently to gaurantee that the Call Waiting / MOH function on the 6.02.13 driver is turned off.

Not sure if this will work, but have you tried putting
+PCW=2
in extra settings?

It seems an in-elligant solution, but I'll give it a try.
I would have thought this string is what the driver software is supposed to actually send to the modem ?
