| Gjramon Tl Posts: 1 USA | Posted - 1/3/2005 8:31:02 PM    I only have one telephone line and I was recommended to install Modem On Hold to be able to receive calls while I am on line. I just installed a Modem ON Hold, version 1.07, Lucent Win Modem, BVRP Software 1997-2001. I have call waiting and I checked with my Internet Service Provider and it supports V.92 connections. I am still not able to receive calls or make call while I am om line. When doble click the yellow telephone icon I get a small screen with a message in red " Not Connected". Can sombody tell me how to make it work or refer me to sombody that can ? Thanks Guillermo |
| Pi Tl Posts: 89 USA | Posted - 1/3/2005 10:36:33 PM Lucent Win Modem use the Lucent/Agere Modem On Hold program, current version 1.72 and can be downloaded from Modemsite with a "Premium Access Subscription" http://modemsite.com/56k/ltwin.asp BVRP Software (NetWaiting) is also a MOH program used on Rockwell/Coexant and Intel modems |
