I need connect 30 modems to XP. But I'm install no. 5, it cause reboot. How to fix it?

There are no Windows XP drivers for this chipset.

Intel did release a Windows 2000 driver for the CL-MD5620DT-QC-CF modem.
But Intel states the driver will not work in Windows XP

* The Intel web site reports this driver as version 1.0 but the drivers INF file states it as;
DriverVer=08/10/2000,3.30.0.0

The Windows NT4.0 driver also(?) states it as;
DriverVer=08/10/2000,3.30.0.0
