TecKnight Tl Posts: 1 USA | Posted - 3/21/2005 7:39:23 PM I recently acquired a v.everything external courier in pristine condition at a thrift store for the paltry sum of $5.00--However the unit was regretably without it's A/C adapter. Can anyone give me specs on the OUTPUT voltage / amperage and polarity required ? The modem is completely unlabeled in this regard and I have had a bear of a time locating this information online. Based on what I have seen, I am guessing that it may use an adapter with an output of 16 - 20 v AC @ about 800 milliamps. Anyone ? |
v.Richard Tl Posts: 6222 USA | Posted - 3/24/2005 3:11:27 PM I think that's correct - I have one but it's in a different location so won't be able to make sure until about a week from now.... Since the modem has on-board AC-DC conversion and regulation, there's some rrom for play... Aloha! Richard. |
