| pckain Tl Posts: 3 USA | Posted - 6/8/2005 8:28:51 AM    I bought this one to replace the Lucent win modem and was able to confirm the modem is working just fine (I confirmed this by connecting to a computer via Hyperterminal). It's a software problem. Neither AOL 6 nor PeoplePC 5 will find the modem. I am going to install AOL 9 to see if that makes a difference. I would really appreciate some feedback. I'm winging it here!
