Chip: PC1789T

HSP56 Micromodem V.89/K56 Flex FCC PCTV-1789

THe driver was installed successfully and the System information for the Modem says that the modem is working properly. It was installed on COM2 and COM1. None of the COM ports are in conflict. However when I query the modem, the error says that the modem could not be started, please check that it is on if it is an external type or if it is an internal type, please check your resource settings.
