XP didn't detect modem proberly but generic COnexant driver go it working. Bu the problem now is that the modem speaker doesn't turn off after connecting. I have tried ATM0L0 and ATM0 in the extra initialization string but to no avail. |
| v.Richard Tl Posts: 6222 USA | Posted - 9/9/2005 7:41:41 PM  Suggestions - (a) try the modem in a different PCI slot and if that doesn't help, not sure, but post your modemlog and I'll take a look to see if anything looks unusual www.modemsite.com/56k/modemlog.asp you might need to find a different driver though...
