| AndyC Tl Posts: 2 USA | Posted - 11/8/2006 1:09:03 PM    Purchased a INTEL 537EP voice/fax/data pci modem. My problem is that I cannot send or receive any faxes. I can make a internet connection as I'm connected now using this modem. The chipset is PCtelHSP56Modem 12.0300. It came bundled with software from bitware which set it up auto. It is using V92. Where should I start? |

| AndyC Tl Posts: 2 USA | Posted - 11/17/2006 3:21:36 PM Thanks for the advice but, Im still having trouble. Running microsoft fax, can send a fax but cannot receive. The modem is in the toolbar but will not answer in auto or manual. The Diag. in the control panel under modems are: Port Com 3 Interupt=0 address=0 highest speed 115k Baud Identifier WDM_MODEM\PCT0001 USE FIFO Buffers is checked Command Response ATI1 A129/C02 I don't know if any of this helps |
