Hi,

I have bought three Zoltrix smart spirit 56k modem for my answering phone program, but when i try to use more than one of them in same time my computer restarts. i have connected to zoltrix representitive here and they said it is driver problem, they promised me to solve it soon but not yet solved. i have tried this problem with Acorp modems too and i have tested this problem on several computers with windows XP and windows server 2003
do any one knows how can i solve this driver problem?

You can put modems with different chipsets in the same machine.

You can use multiple modems of the same chipse if that modem is a hardware-controller based modem; or, if the driver supports multiple modems. Some software / controllerless modem - driver combinations support it, [some Agere - but only with specific/particular/older drivers].
