I have a Toshiba Software modem AMR in my laptop.
Its driver is version 220.127.116.11 17/9/2002.
My problem is that it cannot comply with the program Advanced Call Center, which is a program that uses the modem to make calls.
It tells me that either it is not a voice modem or I need a newer driver. But I tested in the HyperTerminal that it is a voice modem, and I cannot find a newer driver.
What should I do?

It is a very old driver - for Lucent/Agere Softmodem.
You could try the newer V.92-compatible driver available from Modemsite with a Premium Access Subscription -
But, there's still no guarantee - the software you have may just not work with the modem - would suggest you contact the software vendor/developer.
