That said, VoIP works best when you have a high-speed (broadband) connection to the Internet, but, if you have a decent dial-up connection, you may be able to use some VoIP applications. Skype is one of the more popular VoIP apps - www.skype.com Yahoo, GoogleTalk, and many others are available too. Aloha! Richard. |
