I am disabled, no use of arms, and type with a stick in my mouth -- 1 key at a time. I use the keyboard keys and many key combinations and macros I design. I can use a mouse, but only solely. I have been using simply bitware by cheyenne but accpac took over a few years ago. My version is 8.2.865. They no longer sell this software. and I cannot use the drivers with xp. I don't care if you can fax, videoconference, have multiple messages, record, interface with outlook, search email or contacts, etc. I do need however to be able to pull up a screen that depicts a phone, be able to input a phone number using a keyboard, dial that number, and talk. The phone on-screen interface has dialing buttons for mouse or keyboard access, and the call is initiated by pushing the enter key. Truly hands free at all times ! I have a voice modem that includes speakerphone capability on the modem so I can have a headset or a microphone and speaker to call out and answer via keyboard without need of external phone or services like skype. The modem can dial or answer and has full-duplex voice functionality. But what software works with xp? |
